SkateCo's Rules & Policies
We are committed to providing a safe, well-regulated, and enjoyable environment for all patrons. By entering, you agree to follow these rules, which are firmly and fairly enforced.
General Conduct & Behavior
- Patrons must behave respectfully at all times.
- No smoking, foul language, or gum chewing.
- No outside food or beverages.
- No in-and-out privileges; re-entry requires paying admission again.
- No alcohol, and no one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is allowed.
- Clothing must be neat and clean; no hats, headbands, hood-up hoodies, sunglasses, halter tops, bare midriffs, or bare feet.
- Skates must be clean and in good repair, with no missing wheels or sharp edges.
- No reckless or unsafe skating, including tag or fast skating.
- No sitting on walls, tables, or counters.
- Do not carry others while skating.
- Do not enter or exit the building while wearing skates.
- No cell phones, purses, backpacks, food, or drinks on the skating floor.
Rental Skates & Personal Items
- Socks are required when renting skates.
- Return rental skates with laces tucked inside.
- All personal belongings must be kept in a locker; items may not be left on snack bar tables. SkateCo is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All food and drink must stay in the snack bar area.
- Management may inspect lockers, bags, or skate cases when entering or leaving.
Safety & Policies
- Report all accidents to management.
- Follow all posted and verbal instructions. (State Law)
- Parents are responsible for their children.
- Management may refuse entry to anyone.
- Report any conditions that may compromise safety.
- No refunds for any reason once admitted.
- Admission closes one hour before the session ends.
- All patrons assume full responsibility for accidents or injury. Skate at your own risk.
