We offer three types of birthday parties, available Saturday afternoons and Sunday afternoons from October 1 through April 30. Leave the decorating and cleanup to us so you can focus on celebrating!

Each party package includes 10 guests total, including the birthday child. You can add up to 4 additional guests for an extra fee, making the maximum number of guests 14. If you need space for more than 14 guests, please call us at 815-877-4020 to see if a second party can be arranged.

You may reserve up to two parties in the same session. Since our party spots are limited, we recommend booking early. For larger groups of 20 or more, a private rental may be a better option. Additional time slots may be added depending on demand.

A party guest is anyone invited to the event and included in your party package. All children and teens between ages 3 and 17 must sign in with your party to enter the facility, except for non-skating adults. Skating is optional for guests. Any children or teens not listed on your guest list will be charged standard admission and will not receive party amenities. Adults only pay if they choose to skate, and seating for spectators may be limited. Please note that facility admission ends one hour before the end of the session, so guests should arrive on time. We also reserve the right to limit additional guests not included in your original booking.

For the safety of all guests, items such as glitter, confetti, silly string, pinatas, and small objects that could create a skating hazard are not allowed. Tape may not be used to attach decorations to tables or walls. Excessive messes, such as cake smashing or icing fights, may result in your deposit not being deducted from your final bill.

You are welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes if you have booked a party package. Please note that we do not provide refrigeration for cakes or ice cream, and no other outside food is allowed. Be sure to bring paper goods, plates, and forks for cake served to spectators or guests not included in your party.

Birthday parties start and end at the reserved times. No additional time is available before or after the party, as other activities may be scheduled. Party packages cannot be changed on the day of the event.

Please note that Wednesday is the final day to book parties for the upcoming weekend. Advance booking ensures we have the right staff and supplies for your celebration.

A non-refundable $90 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the party. All sales are final. We accept cash and all major credit or debit cards. Party prices reflect a 4% cash discount. Checks are not accepted.
