Private Skate Parties for individuals and organizations

 Our private event packages are available for larger groups outside of our public skating hours.

These events can be tailored to suit your preferences, including music, games, decorations, and

menu options. Please note that music selections will be limited to our licensed system available

at the facility. All of SkateCo’s music is edited by our music service to be as family friendly as

possible. These packages are well-suited for birthdays, reunions, or other gatherings requiring

accommodation for a sizable group.

Pricing:

- 2-hour package: $500 cash or $520 with a card, include 50 skaters. Additional skaters at

$10.00 each (cash) or $10.40 (card) with a limit of 100.

- 1.5-hour package: $450 cash or $468 with a card, includes 50 skaters. Additional skaters

at $9.00 each (cash) or $9.36 (card) with a limit of 100.

Included in the package:

- Facility use for up to 50 skaters

- Skate rental

- Arcade open for play by purchasing game card at kiosk

- DJ services

- Snack Bar can be open depending on your food option

Food / Drink Options:

- Food or drinks are not included unless arrangements are made at time of booking. We cannot guarantee the ability to accommodate your food request unless made at the time of booking.

- You are welcome to bring your own food; however, the snack bar will be closed if you

do so.

- You may bring cake and cupcakes if choosing to have us provide your food. No other

outside food will be permitted.

If bringing your own food:

- Beverages must be in cans or bottles; juice boxes and juice pouches are not permitted.

- No fried foods such as chicken or wings are allowed.

- We do not have outlets for crock pots, nor do we have refrigeration or heating

equipment for food, cakes, or ice cream.

- We recommend ordering pizza from nearby establishments.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own paper goods and utensils when bringing

your own food.

- All food and beverages must be consumed in the designated snack bar area;

consumption is not permitted on the skate floor, in the arcade, or while seated at

benches. Cake should be consumed at a table as icing and crumbs are difficult to control

while standing or moving.

Decorations:

- You are welcome to bring your own decorations. Please refrain from using tape on our

tables or walls. Additionally, only helium-filled balloons with a weight are permitted;

loose balloons are not allowed. Our tables are 12 feet in length, so please consider

bringing a tablecloth if you wish to do so.

- We can provide table covers for $3 per table available in Red or Purple. Let us know prior

to your party.

Timing:

- Parties may enter the facility up to 10 minutes before their scheduled start time and

must vacate within 10 minutes after their scheduled end time.

- The private party occurs between two public skating sessions.

- Please plan your eating and cake times accordingly, as party extensions are not available.

Options:

- Skate Mate learn-to-skate devices are available at $6.00 each (cash) or $6.24 each (card).

- 16 inch cheese Pizza and pitcher of soda 6 x 6 is $138.00 (cash) or $143.52 (card)

- 16 inch cheese Pizza and pitchers of soda 3 x 3 is $69.00 (cash) or $71.76 (card)

- Appetizer plater $32.00 (cash) or $33.28 (card) choose 3 of French Fries, Mozzarella

Sticks, Fried Pickles, Onion Rings or Jalapeno Poppers

Please note:

This rental is strictly for private events; ticket sales or promotion activities are not permitted. If

ticket sales are involved; your booking will be canceled without refund.

By booking an event with us the Customer agrees to abide by the information publihed here for

their party.
