birthday parties at public skating sessions

We are offering  three different birthday parties types only at our Saturday afternoon,  Sunday afternoon (October 1 though April 30) and Friday night sessions.   Leave the decorating and clean up to us!   Our parties are for up to 14 guests at a table.  If you need more than 14  Please call us at 815-877-4020 to check availability of booking a second party.  You will be limited to booking 2 parties at a session.   We have a limited number of parties available at our public sessions.  Please book early.  You should consider a private rental to accommodate larger parties of 20 or more.  We may add additional sessions and times depending on demand.   Use the buttons below to book your party now.

PARTY GUESTS

 A party guest in anyone invited to the party and being paid for by the party.  All guests between ages 3 and 17  are charged admission to enter our facility, except non-skating adults.  Skating is not required for your guests.  Any child / teenager between 3 and 17 years old not included on your guest list will be charged to enter the facility and and attend your party, no party items will be included.  Adults pay only if they are skating.  Seating for adult spectators may be limited or not available at all.  Admission to  our facility stops one hour before our Sessions end.  Please make sure that your guests and spectators arrive timely.  We reverve the right to limit the number of guests allowed for your party that are not inluded in the number you have booked in advance.

DETAILS

No glitter, confetti, silly string, pinatas, or any small objects/favors that would cause a skating hazard

may not be brought into our facility.  Please do not use tape to attached decorations to our tables or walls.  If your party makes an excessive mess from cake smashing, icing fights or other like activities your deposit will not be deducted from the bill on the day of the party.

You may bring your own cake or cupcakes if you book a party package.  We do not have refrigeration for cakes or ice cream.  No other outside food is allowed.  Please bring paper goods and forks for your cake being served to your adult spectors and guests not included in your party.

Birthday parties begin and end at the times you have reserved.  No extra time will be given before or after parties as we may have activities scheduled before or after parties.

Please call us at 815-877-4020 to discuss your needs and  answer your questions.   We try to answer our phone during our office hours M to F, 10 am to 4 pm.   You can book your party using our online system anytime using the buttons below.  Wednesday is the last day we book parties the coming weekend.  We only book parties in avance to ensue we have appropriate staff and supplies for your party.

PAYMENT

 A non-refundable deposit of $90.00 is due at booking time.  Payment of party balance is due on the day of party.  All sales are final.  We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards.  All party prices are reflective of a 4% cash discount.   Checks are not accepted.
