BIRTHDAY PARTIES

We are offering  birthday parties only at our Saturday afternoon,  Sunday afternoon (during our winter and spring schedule) and Friday night sessions.   Our parties are for 10 people at this  time.  If you need more than 10 people we can arrange the booking of a second party.  Please call us at 815-877-4020 to check availability of booking a second party.   We have a limited number of parties available at our public sessions.  Please book early.  We are only booking parties though our internet booking system at this time.   Please consider a private rental to accommodate larger parties of 20 or more.  We may add additional sessions and times depending on demand.   Use the button below to book your party now.

 - Admission and skate rental for 10 guests (Other parents and guests are welcome to stay, however

 only 10 guests are allowed per table.)  Guest list must be furnished before party.

$195 includes Birthday Child and 9 Guests on Saturday Afternoons 1 to 4 pm

$195 includes Birthday Child and 9 Guests on Sunday Afternoon 1 to 4 pm (available Oct thru Apr)

$210 includes Birthday Child and 9 Guests on Friday Night 6:30 to 9:30 pm

Birthday parties begin and end at the times above.  No extra time will be given before or after parties as we may have activities scheduled before or after parties.

Birthday parties must be booked ahead of time.  Please book ahead of time to ensure availability. Wednesday is the last day we book for parties for a coming weekend if available.  We only book parties in advance as we want to ensure appropriate staff and supplies for your party.

No Sunday Parties during Summer Schedule.

* We offer a limited number of parties and recommend reserving early.

* No outside food or drink allowed in our facility other than birthday cakes or cup cakes.   We do not     have refrigeration available for cakes or ice cream cakes at this time.

*  We reserve the right to limit the number of guests beyond the 10 included in the party allowed

 in our facility.

* A legible handwritten or typed list of your party guests is due upon entrance to our facility.

* Table ware is provided for the paid party guests only, please bring your own or purchase a pack of 5 cups, plates and forks for $1.00 for unpaid guests.

* SkateCo's birthday decorations are included with your party - pizza plate, cake plate,drink cup, napkins , table cover and utensils.  If you would like to bring in your own let us know. If you bring your decor at least 24 hours in advance  we will set it up for you.  No additional time will be given for setup if you bring your own decorations.  Parties begin and end at the stated times.

* A party guest in anyone invited to the party and being paid for by the party.  All guests between ages 3 and 17  are charged admission to enter our facility, except non-skating adults.  Skating is not required for your guests.  Any child / teenager between 3 and 17 years old not included on your guest list will be charged to enter the facility and and attend your party, no party items will be included.  Adults pay only if they are skating.  Seating for adult spectators may be limited or not available at all.  Admission to  our facility stops one hour before our session end.  Please make sure that your guests and spectators arrive timely.

*No glitter, confetti, silly string, pinatas, or any small objects/favors that would cause a skating hazard

 may not be brought into our facility.  Please do not use tape to attached decorations to our tables or walls.  If your party makes an excessive mess from cake smashing, icing fights or other like activities a $25.00 cleaning charge will be incurred.

*A non-refundable deposit of $90.00 is due at booking time.  Payment of party balance is due on the day of party.  All sales are final.  We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards.   Checks are not accepted.
